6. MONITORING AND ENFORCEMENT

6.1 Right to Monitor. We reserve the right, but do not assume the obligation, to monitor use of the Services to investigate potential violations of this AUP. We may use automated systems, including AI-based content classifiers, to detect prohibited content and activities. You acknowledge that automated detection systems may not be fully accurate and that we may rely on them as part of our enforcement process.

6.2 Enforcement Actions. If we determine, in our sole reasonable discretion, that you have violated this AUP, we may take any action we deem appropriate, including:

  • removing or disabling access to prohibited content;
  • suspending or limiting your access to certain features or Third-Party AI models;
  • suspending or terminating your Account;
  • withholding payment or issuing refunds where appropriate;
  • reporting violations to law enforcement authorities; and
  • pursuing legal remedies.

6.3 Notice. We will make reasonable efforts to provide notice of enforcement actions, except where immediate action is required to prevent harm, address ongoing abuse, or comply with legal obligations. If we suspend or terminate your Account for violation of this AUP, we will provide the reason for our action unless prohibited by law or where disclosure would compromise an investigation.

6.4 Appeals. If you believe an enforcement action was taken in error, you may appeal by contacting legal@frontal.dev with a detailed explanation. We will review appeals promptly and in good faith.

7. REPORTING VIOLATIONS

To report a violation of this AUP, including prohibited content or abusive behavior, contact us at abuse@frontal.dev. We review all reports and take appropriate action consistent with this AUP. We may not respond to every report individually but will investigate all good-faith submissions.

If you are reporting copyright or trademark infringement, please follow the procedures in our DMCA Policy or Trademark Policy, respectively.

8. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY

We may update this AUP from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting a notice on the Site, through the Services interface, or by email to the address associated with your Account. Changes take effect on the date stated in the notice. Your continued use of the Services after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated AUP.
