Accessibility Statement
Frontal's commitment to digital accessibility and conformance with accessibility standards.
Last updated 11 giugno 2026
Frontal Labs, Inc. ("Frontal," "we," "us," or "our") is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for people with disabilities. We are continuously working to improve the accessibility of our website, platform, documentation, and all digital experiences (collectively, the "Services").
1. CONFORMANCE STATUS
The Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) define requirements for designers and developers to improve accessibility for people with disabilities. WCAG defines three levels of conformance: Level A, Level AA, and Level AAA.
Frontal's Services are designed to conform with WCAG 2.2 Level AA. We work to ensure that the Services are perceivable, operable, understandable, and robust for all users, including those who use assistive technologies such as screen readers, screen magnification, voice recognition, and alternative input devices.
2. ACCESSIBILITY MEASURES
Frontal takes the following measures to ensure accessibility:
- Accessibility integrated into development. Accessibility is considered as part of our design and development lifecycle. We incorporate accessibility requirements into feature specifications, design reviews, and acceptance criteria.
- Automated accessibility testing. Automated accessibility testing tools are integrated into our continuous integration pipeline to detect accessibility issues before deployment.
- Manual accessibility testing. We conduct periodic manual accessibility audits using assistive technologies, including screen readers (VoiceOver, NVDA, JAWS), keyboard-only navigation, and zoom magnification.
- Third-party audits. We engage independent accessibility experts to conduct periodic audits of our Services.
- Training. Our development, design, and product teams receive accessibility awareness training and training on WCAG conformance.
- User feedback. We value feedback from users with disabilities and use that feedback to prioritize accessibility improvements.
- Documentation accessibility. Our technical documentation is published with accessibility in mind, including proper heading structure, alt text for images, and semantic markup.
3. KNOWN LIMITATIONS
Despite our efforts, certain areas of the Services may have accessibility limitations:
- AI-Powered Features. Some AI-powered features, including model inference interfaces, code editors, and data visualization tools, present inherent accessibility challenges. We are actively working to improve the accessibility of these features.
- Third-Party Content and Integrations. The Services may include third-party content, integrations, or embedded functionality over which we have limited control. We work with third-party providers to encourage accessibility conformance.
- Legacy Features. Certain features developed before our accessibility program may not fully conform to current accessibility standards. We are systematically remediating these features as part of our product roadmap.
- Complex Data Visualization. Certain data analytics and monitoring dashboards may present accessibility challenges due to the complexity and interactivity of data visualizations. We are working to provide accessible alternatives and keyboard-accessible controls.
- Command-Line Interfaces and SDKs. Our CLI tools and SDKs may present accessibility barriers for users of assistive technologies. We aim to ensure terminal output is accessible and compatible with screen readers.
We are continuously working to address these limitations. If you encounter an accessibility barrier, please contact us so we can prioritize remediation.
