Cancellation Policy

Policy governing cancellation of Frontal subscriptions and Services.

Last updated 11 de junio de 2026

This Cancellation Policy describes how you may cancel your Frontal Labs, Inc. ("Frontal," "we," "us," or "our") Account and subscriptions. This policy is incorporated into the Frontal Terms of Service. Capitalized terms not defined here have the meanings given in the Terms of Service.

1. CANCELLATION BY YOU

1.1 Self-Service Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Account settings by navigating to Settings > Billing > Cancel Subscription. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will continue to have access to paid features until the end of that period.

1.2 Manual Cancellation

If your Account does not have self-service cancellation enabled (including enterprise Accounts with custom Order Forms), you may cancel by contacting billing@frontal.dev. Requests are processed within 5 business days.

1.3 Notice Period

  • Monthly Subscriptions: No advance notice required beyond cancellation before the next billing date. You must cancel at least 1 day before your billing date to avoid charges for the next period.
  • Annual Subscriptions: You must provide notice of non-renewal at least 30 days before the end of your annual term. If you cancel an annual subscription mid-term, your access continues until the end of the term, and you remain responsible for all Fees through the end of the term.
  • Enterprise Plans: Cancellation and non-renewal terms are set forth in the applicable Order Form and the Enterprise Terms and Conditions. If no specific terms apply, the notice period is 60 days before the end of the current term.

1.4 Multi-Year and Custom Commitments

If you have entered into a multi-year or custom commitment (including committed spend or reserved capacity), cancellation terms are governed by the applicable Order Form. Early termination fees, if any, will be specified in the Order Form. If an Order Form specifies a non-cancellable term, you remain obligated to pay all Fees for that term even if you cease using the Services.

2. CANCELLATION BY FRONTAL

2.1 Without Cause

We may cancel your subscription without cause by providing at least 30 days' written notice to the email address associated with your Account. If we cancel without cause during a paid Subscription Term, we will provide a pro-rata refund for any prepaid unused period.

2.2 For Violation

We may suspend or terminate your Account immediately if you violate the Terms of Service, Acceptable Use Policy, or applicable law. No refund is provided if cancellation is due to your violation. We will provide notice of termination and the reason, unless prohibited by law or where disclosure would compromise an investigation.

2.3 For Non-Payment

If payment is more than 30 days past due and we have provided at least 10 days' notice, we may suspend your access to paid features. If payment is not received within 30 days of suspension, we may terminate your Account.

2.4 Inactivity

Accounts may be terminated for inactivity in accordance with our Inactivity Policy.

3. EFFECT OF CANCELLATION

3.1 Access

Upon cancellation:

  • Your access to paid features continues until the end of your current billing period.
  • After the billing period ends, your Account will be downgraded to the free tier (if available) or deactivated.
  • If your Account is deactivated, you will lose access to the Services and your Account Data.
  • If we terminate your Account for violation of our terms, access is revoked immediately.

3.2 Customer Data

Following cancellation, Customer Data is handled in accordance with our Data Retention Policy and Data Disposal Policy. You are encouraged to export your Customer Data before your Account is deactivated. We provide data export capabilities through the Services interface and API.

3.3 Important Domain Registration Terms

Cancelling your Frontal Account does not cancel your domain name registrations. Domain registrations are governed by a separate agreement with the domain registry and our registrar partners. If you cancel your Account without separately managing your domains, your domains will continue to exist, renewal fees will continue to accrue, and you may lose control of the domain if renewal fees are not paid. If you hold domains registered through Frontal, transfer them to another registrar or explicitly cancel them before cancelling your Account. Full terms are set forth in our Domain Name Registration and Service Terms.

3.4 Outstanding Fees

Cancellation does not relieve you of the obligation to pay all outstanding Fees. Upon cancellation, any unpaid Fees become immediately due and payable.

3.5 API Keys and Integrations

All API Keys, access tokens, and integrations associated with your Account are revoked upon Account deactivation. You must update your applications accordingly.

4. REFUNDS

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy. Generally:

  • Monthly subscriptions are non-refundable.
  • Annual subscriptions cancelled by you mid-term are non-refundable. You retain access through the end of the term.
  • Annual subscriptions cancelled by us without cause receive a pro-rata refund.
  • Usage-based charges already incurred are non-refundable.
  • Prepaid credits are non-refundable.

5. REACTIVATION

5.1 Self-Service Plans

If your subscription was cancelled, you may resubscribe at any time through the Site at then-current pricing. Historical data may not be available if it was deleted in accordance with our Data Retention Policy.

5.2 Enterprise Plans

Enterprise Account reactivation is governed by a new Order Form or amendment to the original Order Form.

5.3 Terminated for Violation

Accounts terminated for violation of our Terms of Service or Acceptable Use Policy may not be reactivated, and you may not create a new Account, without our prior written consent.

6. DATA EXPORT BEFORE CANCELLATION

Before cancelling, you may export your Customer Data using the export tools available in the Services. We provide standard data export formats. Custom data export or migration assistance may be available as a professional services engagement. After Account deactivation, data export may not be available if data has been deleted in accordance with our retention and disposal policies.
