A connector establishes a managed relationship with a source system. Frontal's data platform uses connectors, ingestion, normalization, quality checks, lineage, and serving layers to turn fragmented source records into usable enterprise context.

A safe first connection

Connect the system that already answers a question people ask often. Use a service account where possible, choose a narrow object scope, and map one entity before syncing everything.

After the first sync, check freshness, source lineage, validation failures, and whether the records resolve to the ontology as intended. Connect a data source walks through the process.
