What a plan sets

A plan sets three things: the features available to the workspace, the amount of included usage, and the support response times you can expect.

What counts as usage

Usage is measured on the work the platform does for you: agent runs, workflow steps, and the data volume you keep in sync. Reading your own data or browsing the product does not count.

Seeing where you are

Open Settings, then Usage. The page shows the current period, what has been consumed, and the date the period resets. Owners can also set an alert so the workspace is warned before it reaches a limit rather than after.

When you reach a limit

Work already running finishes. New work is paused rather than dropped, so nothing is lost, and it resumes as soon as the limit is lifted or the period resets.
