Change or cancel your plan

Only owners can change a plan.

Upgrading

An upgrade takes effect immediately. You are charged a prorated amount for the rest of the current period, and the new limits apply at once.

Downgrading

A downgrade takes effect at the end of the current period, so you keep what you have paid for. If the smaller plan has lower limits, bring your usage under them before the period ends. Anything above the new limit is paused, not deleted.

Cancelling

Cancellation stops the next renewal. The workspace stays available until the end of the period, then becomes read only.

Your data

Cancelling never deletes your data on its own. A read only workspace can still be exported. Deletion is a separate action an owner has to take deliberately.
