You forgot your password

Use Forgot password on the sign in screen. The reset link is valid for one hour.

You lost your second factor

Use one of the recovery codes you saved when you turned on two factor authentication. Each code works once.

If you have no codes left, an owner or admin in your workspace can reset the second factor for you.

You are the only owner and cannot sign in

Contact support from the email address on the account. We verify ownership before making any change, so have your workspace name and approximate creation date ready. This is the one case that cannot be resolved from inside the product.

Your invitation expired

Invitations last seven days. Ask an admin to send a new one; the old link cannot be revived.
