Before production

Frontal helps teams turn business context into software that can understand, decide, and act. The usual path is to connect one source, describe the business objects that matter, build one narrow agent or workflow, and inspect every run before expanding access.

Workspace	Isolates the people, data, keys, and work that belong together.
Connector	Brings a source system into Frontal or makes it available to a workflow.
Ontology	Defines the entities and relationships your systems share.
Agent	Uses context and tools to make bounded decisions.
Workflow	Executes a durable sequence of deterministic and agent steps.
Run	The recorded execution of an agent or workflow.
Evaluation	Tests whether a version behaves as intended.

Choose a first project

Start with a question your team already knows how to answer. For example: identify overdue invoices, prepare an account review, or route an incoming request. A narrow question gives you records to check, a clear success condition, and a safe way to introduce automation.

Before production

Use a separate workspace for production, set time and spend limits, collect real evaluation cases, and decide which actions require approval. Deploy to production has the checklist.
