Frontal Agent

Frontal Agent is the product experience for asking questions about your business, investigating what changed, and starting approved work. It is built on the same data, ontology, agent runtime, workflow, and policy layers available to developers.

It is not a separate source of truth. A response should be grounded in the workspace context the requesting person is allowed to see, and an action should enter the same workflow, approval, audit, and trace path as an API request.
