Inactivity Policy

Policy governing inactive Accounts and the consequences of prolonged inactivity.

Last updated June 11, 2026

This Inactivity Policy describes how Frontal Labs, Inc. ("Frontal," "we," "us," or "our") handles Accounts that remain inactive for extended periods. This policy is incorporated into the Terms of Service. Capitalized terms not defined here have the meanings given in the Terms of Service.

1. DEFINITION OF INACTIVITY

1.1 An Account is considered "Inactive" if there has been no login, API call, or other authenticated interaction with the Services for a continuous period of 12 months.

1.2 For purposes of determining inactivity, automated interactions (including automated API calls, scheduled jobs, and webhook deliveries) initiated by the Customer count as activity.

1.3 Mere receipt of emails from Frontal, viewing of Frontal's public website, or interactions with Frontal support do not constitute Account activity.

2. INACTIVITY FOR FREE TIER ACCOUNTS

2.1 If a free tier Account has been Inactive for 12 consecutive months, we may:

  • Notify you at the email address associated with your Account that your Account is at risk of termination due to inactivity.
  • If no activity occurs within 30 days of that notice, terminate the Account and delete all associated Customer Data.

2.2 Before termination, we will send at least two notices: one at 30 days before termination and one at 7 days before termination.

2.3 You may prevent termination by logging into your Account or performing any authenticated action within the 30-day notice period.

3. INACTIVITY FOR PAID ACCOUNTS

3.1 Paid Accounts remain active as long as the subscription is current and Fees are paid.

3.2 If a paid Account has been Inactive for 12 months and the subscription is still current (e.g., auto-renewal enabled and payment successful), we will not terminate the Account but may contact you to discuss your use of the Services.

3.3 If a paid subscription is terminated or expires, and the Account reverts to the free tier, the free tier inactivity provisions in Section 2 apply from the date of reversion.

4. EFFECT OF TERMINATION FOR INACTIVITY

4.1 Customer Data associated with terminated inactive Accounts will be deleted in accordance with our Data Disposal Policy.

4.2 Domain name registrations associated with an inactive Account are governed by our Domain Name Registration and Service Terms. Domain registrations are not automatically cancelled due to Account inactivity. You remain responsible for domain renewals regardless of Account inactivity status.

4.3 Upon termination for inactivity, any remaining credits, prepaid amounts, or promotional credits associated with the Account are forfeited. No refunds are provided.

5. EXCEPTIONS

Inactivity termination does not apply to:

  • Accounts subject to a valid Order Form with an active term.
  • Accounts for which we have received a legal hold or preservation notice.
  • Accounts where data retention is required by applicable law.
  • Enterprise Accounts under a negotiated agreement.

6. REACTIVATION

If your Account was terminated due to inactivity, you may create a new Account at any time. Historical data from the terminated Account is not recoverable after the deletion period in our Data Disposal Policy has elapsed.
