How to ask

Contact us with the name of your company and the report you need. Reports covering our controls are shared under a mutual non disclosure agreement, so expect that step before the document arrives.

Subprocessors

The current list of subprocessors is published and versioned on this site, so you can diff it rather than ask for it.

Answering your own questionnaire

Most questionnaires can be answered from the published reports. If yours asks something they do not cover, send the specific questions rather than the whole document and you will get an answer faster.
