Finding an invoice

Open Settings, then Billing. Every invoice for the workspace is listed with its date and status, and each one can be downloaded as a PDF.

Sending invoices somewhere else

The billing email does not have to belong to a member of the workspace. Set it to your finance inbox and invoices go there automatically.

Tax identifiers

Add your tax identifier before the next invoice is issued. It appears on invoices from that point forward. Invoices that have already been issued cannot be edited, so add it early.

A payment failed

We retry a failed payment several times over the following week and email the billing address each time. The workspace keeps working during the retries.
